1. What NurseGuru is
NurseGuru is a paid, subscription-based nursing exam-prep service: practice exams, study guides, flashcards, care plan references, calculators, and an AI-assisted study tutor. It is a study aid, not an accredited course, and does not guarantee any exam result, certification, or licensure outcome.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use NurseGuru. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think it's been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Standard and Premium plans are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period unless we say otherwise. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.
4. Practice content
Practice questions, rationale, study guides, and care plans are written and curated for NurseGuru and adapted from exam-prep source material we've reviewed and reworked for this purpose. Content is provided for study purposes only — always defer to your program's official curriculum and the exam body's own materials as the authoritative source. If you believe any content on NurseGuru infringes your copyright, contact us and we'll investigate and remove it promptly.
5. AI Tutor
The AI Tutor (Premium) uses a third-party AI model to answer study questions. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — it is not a substitute for your instructors, clinical judgment, or official exam content, and should never be relied on for real patient-care decisions. Premium AI Tutor usage is subject to a reasonable monthly message cap to keep the service sustainable.
6. Community
Posts and replies in Community are user-generated. Be respectful and don't post anything illegal, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights. We can remove content or restrict accounts that violate this.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute NurseGuru's practice content, don't share a paid account across multiple people, and don't try to circumvent the subscription paywall.
8. Disclaimers and liability
NurseGuru is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, NurseGuru isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use NurseGuru after an update means you accept the revised terms.
